    Account donwgrade from Ultimate to Gold


    I have an XBOX 360, had a gold account and bought an Ultimate Pass, but Ultimate just work for Xbox One, then I canceled the Ultimate but my account Gold didn´t return.

    I tried to reactivate it but seems that were canceled when I tried to change.

    My account GOLD was payed untill Sep-2020. Please, reactivate my gold account or give my money back.

    You would have to contact support to see if they could do anything. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us When you upgrade to Ultimate any standard gold or game pass subscriptions
    you have are cancelled and converted to Ultimate since Ultimate already includes those. So by cancelling Ultimate, you cancel your remaining time as well.

    First off it literally tells you about it only working for xbox and pc. Second off why are you still playing Xbox 360. Also I don't think you can get a refund on that

    Gold join Ultimate (without the $1)

    Since you would be upgraded to Ultimate from Gold, it will convert the Gold at a ratio of 1:1. The conversion table is only if you are adding Gold or Game Pass to an Ultimate account.

    Hello Brian, If you've activated 24 months of Live Gold in your account, you need to know which region this Gold is that you've replaced regardless of your account region in order to upgrade to ultimate.

    Example: my account is from Portuhal but my Gold is from the UK, I have to buy 01 month of Ultimate from the UK and redeem in the account to be able to convert to Ultimate, trying to buy by the store will not work.

    do you have a 12 month plan for xbox game pass ultimate plan and whats the price?

    There are some prepaid cards from resellers but it's cheaper to do buy 12months of gold uptp 3 years and then do the forums ninjas way

    Upgrade to ultimate for a total of 3 years of ultimate

    Keep in mind you must be free account when doing it

    Gold only adds 3/2 on active ultimate

    But going from free to gold the. Ultimate will do 1/1

    I did mine at 159 for 3 years

    Yearly ultimate cards are about 179
