Account deleted but it had a purchase

Hi IKonednr1! Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

I believe that your account was not deleted. An account deletion will take 60 days before it gets completely deleted from the system. Most probably that someone has taken over your account and removed your email address and replaced it with a different one.

If your email address was replaced already, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of the account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, we cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of our account.

I suggest to check your email mailboxes (inbox, spam/junk folder) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

In case you will know the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

Account migration it's only to bring the Mojang account to a Microsoft account but the Microsoft account that you used prior already had a Xbox account so it can't be Migrated to another email without having access to that account

Also if the account was already deleted means that it didn't has any content purchased as accounts with purchases can't be deleted, so there won't be any content to transfer basically as any other information will be also deleted

Try removing the account and download the account again. Then delete the game and re download it. I once had a similar bug, and re installing the game worked again. Also, was the game purchased on his account or someone's account?

This is not a fault, any purchases are linked to the account they were purchased from. When you deleted your account, you in effect lost access to the account that owns the purchases.

To clarify, have you deleted your account or actually closed your account? If you have deleted it from the console, then you should enter the credentials again to sign in and use that account again. It will allow you access back to any purchases on the account.

I would recommend refreshing your purchase history.

You can do this by going into the Xbox Video app > My Videos > Account Management > Hit X to refresh purchase history

That shouldn't delete anything from your purchase history, I've never had it delete anything for me.
