Account delete request/ change my name to their account

There is an Xbox account that has been inactive for a long time it has not played games or anything i want the username for it Its Username is is there any way i can get that EXACT username since its been inactive is it possible for anyone at microsoft
to change my gamertag to theirs?

I can't see anything about the other account other than that someone has it already.

Microsoft supports LGBTQ+ but the word filter for LFG posts tends to be broken and say words are banned when they're not actually bad words at all.

No. The gamertag system is in use on other services as well. So even if it's not in use on an Xbox, it may be in use elsewhere. If that person changes their tag to something else, it will be freed up. It will also be released if they do not sign into their
account for 5 years. However, with the new gamertag system you can already use the tag, but you will have a suffix to differentiate between you. There are also several others who are already using that tag with the suffix so even if the original tag is freed
up, you will most likely still receive the suffix.

can you see if that gamertag is being used or when the last login was or no? also im bisexual and Microsoft BANNED THE WORD BI and Bisexual in looking for group posts Why? do they not support LGBTQ+?

ok and last thing there is this booter with the Avoid me Reputation their Username is [mod removed[] and wants to hit me off can u help without letting them know?

You would need to report them via their profile and block them. The enforcement team will investigate from there.
