    Dear Supporting Team,

    My Xbox Account was created in Hong Kong since 2014. I have now relocated to Toronto, Canada. Although I have updated the billing address to Canada, it does not update my Xbox Account and remains as the address in Hong Kong. For the same reason, it does
    not allow me to delete the address in Hong Kong because Microsoft accounts detected that this address is associated with some purchase.

    Moreover, when I auto-renewed the Gold Membership (which has already been done today) the Fee is being charged as HKD instead of CAD. Kindly, please advise the steps / hotline which I can correct this information.

    Obviously, it is MS oversight.

    Why would I have to change my account from US country region when my CC is a Hong Kong based card, I am billed in Hong Kong so my registered address is in Hong Kong?

    When I applied for GWL, all my billing information should be HK and in their system already as HK

    Can I change my account details after leaving UK?

    Hi!

    I created my current Xbox live account few years ago when I was living in the UK. Now I have resided to Hong Kong and I've found it impossible to change my account details whenever my address is involved. It is because it always ask me to enter my post code,
    which we don't use in Hong Kong. Therefore I cannot change my billing address, update my payment methods, still being charged in GBP etc.

    I would like to know if there is a way for me to change this. I browse a bit the forum and some suggest there's no way other than creating a new account. Can someone from Xbox office clarify me on this?

    U.S. military in Hong Kong

    System does not allow me to set up a U.S. account while in Hong Kong. The connection "sees" my IP in Hong Kong and does not give me an option for a U.S account, which makes using my credit card info invalid. Instead of FPO AP for my address, the city also
    shows Hong Kong, which makes online purchases get declined. Any suggestions?

    You would need to create and use a Hong Kong XBL Account if you want this content.

    At the moment there's no way to change your account region to Hong Kong. You'd have to create a new account with the correct region.

    If you keep the account with UK, you will run into region issues if you download content or try to use Microsoft Points cards purchased from Hong Kong.

    If you are in Hong Kong then it won't matter

    In China like Japan language and accounts are enforced
