Account Corrupted?

Starting yesterday while playing Sea of Thieves, my xbox menu kept opening on it's own and selecting options for me. I had lots of screenshots and videos recorded, and the console even restarted once. At first I thought it was a dirty controller or something,
but I changed them and it was still bad. I took the batteries out and realized it was still happening, and thought it was the console. We have a second console, so I switched over and it started glitching out immediately upon sign in.

We thought maybe the consoles were getting hot, so we aired them out and I didn't sign in all day. Just a little bit ago, I signed in to test it out and everything was fine for a few minutes, and I switched back to my husband's account, with mine still active,
so my son could watch Paw Patrol and suddenly the menu started opening and asking if I wanted to turn on Narrator. I immediately signed my profile out and no problems have continued.

I have to add that yesterday my husband's account was also taking screenshots and video clips although it was my account actually playing. We have NEVER had any problems with us both being signed in. Also, I can't delete the clips and screenshots from the
xbox app, but it seemed to work fine while my account wasn't glitching on the console.

I'm afraid to attempt to report a problem through the console, as I don't know how often or how long the glitches are going to happen, or what they're going to do, so any suggestions or solutions are very much appreciated!
