    So I figured out someone stole my Microsoft info and now I can't play Minecraft on the account I was already using. I know I can't say my email but uh Th*********@gmail.com was my main account and that was the account I was playing Minecraft on. I may have mistakenly clicked on a third party website without knowing or something like that and had my stuff stolen.

    So 4 days before today I was trying to sign into Prism Launcher to play Minecraft, I'm in the discord server so I know for a fact that the server doesn't redirect me to a fake website, Prism launcher is the only Minecraft Instance I use in order to play Minecraft, and I install my mods through Minecraft. There wasn't any issues for 2 months but all of a sudden when I sign in with Th******@gmail.com it doesn't exist. I had to make a new email but using ***Th*********@gmail.com but I still didn't have access to my Minecraft account.

    Is there any way for me to talk with a Microsoft dev, or support team? I'm tired of talking to automated bots and I don't want to re-buy Minecraft because someone stole my stuff. My Minecraft user name is DoubleNyr and I have valid proof of it being mine. Microsoft support doesn't seem to have anything dealing with my situation and trying to "recover" an account that doesn't have Minecraft isn't working. I'm just trying to play the game again. I am willing to show any amount of proof of me owning an account named DoubleNyr for Minecraft and me purchasing it without the censor in the way to Microsoft staff team.

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.

    You should also contact phone support as soon as possible and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.
