    Buongiorno,

    mio figlio ha creato un'account e con sottoscrizione di un abbonamento mensile a 6.99 per la xbox one con addebito mensile sulla carta di credito/ricaricabile. Purtroppo da quando la xbox si è guastata ed è stata resettata non riusciamo ad entrare più nell'account
    perchè mio figlio non si ricorda più la password ed anche il ripristino dell'account non funziona perchè non si ricorda le informazioni che ha dato.

    La mia domanda è come faccio ad annullare l'addebito sulla carta di questo account in cui non riesco ad entrare? Ho gi provato con la banca e con il call center della carta ma mi dicono che mi devo rivolgere alla microsoft.
