    Let me start by saying i’ve been a xbox / microsoft user for 11 years. YES 11 years !!!!!!!

    my XBOX account was hacked last month by some KID ( i have video and picture proof as he was inviting all of my friends to parties bragging) also he charged my debit card and paypal on the account for hundreds of dollars!!! Not only did xbox NOT freeze my account but the kid was playing on my account for over a week until anyone even helped me.

    “marissa W “ from xbox support finally messaged me telling me all of my data and games have been TRANSFERRED to my NEW EMAIL , that THEY told me to make . all was good for 4 days then BOOM! my new microsoft email that i made (because they told me too) is now compliance locked. i’ve filled out the form i’ve done everything and i don’t get any responses nothing!!!

    i didn’t do ANYTHING wrong and i’ve had this account 11 years!!! i BUY ALL OF MY GAMES VIRTUALLY and have THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars , my own hard earned money into this account. Someone, please HELP ME. im just here waiting and i NEVER GET HELP.

    the only response i’ve ever gotten was from reference number: SIR11604288 , in which someone told me they couldn’t “find my email” But they were talking about the ALTERNATE email i was writing them from (since i’m locked out of the main one im trying to get unlocked.

    man, again i’ve spent thousands of dollars on this xbox account and i need it back i’ve not violated anything in 11 years of having this . someone, anyone, please help.

    the only thing on it is my phone number which i have access too.

    my account is compliance locked when i didn’t even do anything and a month later i still get no help.
