    Where is my money?

    Account checked for 100 times.

    Money: still not there.

    Xbox rewards a scam: after 14 months of repeating my account is not ok (MS support says the opposite and everything is ok) or that the "other" team will take care of it, the answer is yes.

    Something is not right in my account

    So today i checked my xbox credit, which should be like 14 Euro something, but there are 10 Euros missing. I checked the account running and yep, its just gone. I made no purchase, the money ist just gone.

    Support will check into the YOLO credits, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    It's best to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into your account. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending.

    After 12 months you will either have to use another card or use either paypal or an active credit card that has been assigned to your account.
