Account charged without purchse confirmation.

No one likes to read long posts so I'll just get right to it.

Recently my account was charged for a game add on for gears of war judgement without me ever confirming the purchase. I had no intention of purchasing this add on, but I do admit that I looked at its description in the marketplace as I do with many other
marketplace items. Usually I read the descriptions, then hit 'b' to back out of the page without purchasing.

I did the same with a lot of stuff for gears of war judgement, except I was actually charged this time. I was hoping someone could help me see about getting a refund, especially since that content had not been downloaded to my console.

any advise?

When does Microsoft store ship Xbox One in UK?

check the microsoft commerce website to see if they've charged your account mine seems to be "in process"? anyone received confirmation of their shipment yet?

purchasing gold membership

i purchased 3 month gold membership. it gave me confirmation of when if expires and my paypal account was charged but now it shows that i have not purchased it.

hi,

if you think that you where charged for something that you shouldn't have been, your best course of action would to contact an xbox live agent and speak to them and see if there is anything that can be done to fix the situation.

Hello I have just taken the battery out of my controller and plugged it in to my console with only the usb cable and can confirm that without a play and charge battery in the controller that the light on the usb does not like up. It looks like it is only
used to confirm if the charge status on the play an charge battery.

if you login on your account on a different xbox you can download the games that you purchse digitally on the new xbox

on a family plan, the secondary accounts can NOT make purchases like that. they can only redeem points and purchse things with ms points.
