Account changed/hacked

Hey Homedog, Unfortunately the only way to get your gamertag changed is if your account was hacked or the gamertag violates the Code of Conduct. If your account was hacked I would advise calling Xbox support first thing in the morning. If your account wasn't
hacked you still have the option to pay 800MSP to change it your self.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate the quick response.

I will attempt to contact Mojang support too to see if they can help me, but I have read that they will respond with "the problem lies with Microsoft since you have transfered your Mojang account to a Microsoft account. Oh and I still have the email of this confirmation if it helps in any case to show proof that I did indeed do this transfer.

I also did the Microsoft Account Recovery page, but not so sure if I put in the right information since it was from a while back.

I was wonder if there is anyway for me find my microsoft account through just my username?

Recovering my password from there will be a different story though due to the high likelyhood that the linked email is altered.
