Account case review?

A bit ago my reputation was at avoid me ...I worked and got it to Needs work and have been working since to now my reputation no longer says anything on my xbox .....Curious as I am I was wondering if my reputation is Ok why cant I see it anymore so I asked
Xbox help.

They said my account has a case review inquiry .....What does that mean? I have no suspensions or anything have been good to the fact my reputation has gone up so what is the case review inquiry PLEASE HELPPPPP

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Xbox gamertag transfer help

Did you create an offline account on your 360? It also sounds like you created a new account on your One. If this is the case you can't merge the account data. If they are the same account then you should be able to sync all your achievements just fine.

Your rep will only show on your console if it falls into "needs work" or "avoid me".

You can always check your rep & what reports you've received in the past 6 months on the enforcement site

As for the case review inquiry thing,you will only have a case review on your account if you have filed for one due to enforcement action.

As rep is nothing to do with support it sounds like someone has just given you some incorrect info as they did not know what else to say,something phone/chat support do often.

It's real simple let your child know they must use rated e for everyone language and it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone must follow the rules

Any information about the ban would be listed on the enforcement site. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no other way to contact them.
