Account can't play games with other players

So a while ago my brother got an Xbox one and as I signed into his account (not this one) I downloaded some online games for him but when he tried to play on them It came up with a box that says that he can't play with other plays because of how his account
was set up so I knew this was a problem so I went into family settings and there is this account called WaitedGoblin3 And I have never had an account called that so I tried to go on it but it was restricted so I don't know what to do I've looked at the Xbox's
privacy and stuff but I can't find anything on how to remove this account called WaitedGoblin3 and by the way this didn't happen on the Xbox 360 he used to have so I don't know why it's doing this? Has the account been hacked?

X1/X360 connectibility

What has been announced is that you will be able to communicate with Xbox 360 players, but there's been no announcement regarding cross playform play. In other words, 360 players can talk with X1 players, but 360 can't play games with X1.

Can't get out of Avoid Me

My account has been stuck in Avoid Me reputation for the past couple of months since playing Overwatch.

I'm not able to get into many games because of the Avoid Me rep, but they say play online games against players to raise your reputation ... well can't really raise the rep when you can't play many games. Or when I do try to get in a match - it will try
to match you with other "Avoid Me" players .... which doesn't really work because they have just moved on and stopped trying to raise their rep.

I've been playing a Call of Duty game here and there, which actually lets me queue in with other players, but my rep hasn't improved ... what's the deal? why can't I see the progress? I have had an xbox account for almost 10 years now and now all of sudden
i'm "Avoid Me" and can't play.

Hello, your brother might have a childrens account and there could be parental restrictions attached to the xbox. If he has created an account and put in a birthday that is younger than the adult age requirement for your particular region he might have been
associated with a child's account. Each child's account must be associated with an adult xbox account, my guess in this case the account is this WaitedGoblin3. Did your parents or someone else have access to the xbox options at any time and might have created
it (on purpose or by accident)?

Unless you are foolishly giving out your account information to others I doubt you have been hacked,.

Unfortunately you can not change the birthday from a child to an adult, it must age into one. My best bet would try to recover the account waitedgoblin3 if possible, i know you don't know what account it is but you can at least try to do so.
