    Account can't be recovered


    Issue: My other account, was stolen and its minecraft accounts login was changed (email and password). When trying to recover the account it says this account does not exist, then when trying to create a new account with that email it says this email already has an account.

    After contacting minecraft they said contact microsoft and microsoft, for some reason, doesn't allow me to contact (call) them and instead says recover the account and as previously said this ends in a loop of this account does not exist and this account exists. If you know anyway to fix this please help or if there is a way I can get in contact with microsoft.

    Well, the problem is that you gotta delete the profile from your Cousin's Xbox 360 in order to recover your profile from your Xbox 360.

    It has happened to me before until I figured out the problem.

    Can't Recover Account.

    Actually, I just contacted their sister(who had to stay back), and she deleted the profile for me. I tried recovering, and it didn't work. But THEN, I deleted the profile from MY HDD, tried recovering, and it worked! Thank you for giving me an idea of the
    solution.
