    Creditcard fraud lock is thru your credit card department fraud division

    Not thru the general banking

    Talk to a Xbox billing supervisor or tier 2 support. For billing locks

    UA going on over 4 months still no resolution

    that just means you got a billing lock

    just update your payment info (they lock it duriung the fraud proccess)



    just reenter it or call support and ask billing to remove the billing lock
