It's absolutely terrible that people do these kind of things on xbox because they are too lazy to pay for their own entertainment. Anyways, Report his gamertag and get others to report his gamertag and he will be banned promptly i assure you. Make you you

Please follow the directions below to solve your issue with this person. Please file a complaint, avoid the player, and block communications with them (if they have sent you any sort of messages). Once you've done this, this complaint will be sent over to the
XBOX Live Enforcement Team who will review all complaints within 24 hours. However, this does not mean that action will be taken immediately, they do take some time to investigate the situation. Rest assured that you do not have to give this person any sort
of Microsoft Points and your account will not be compromised.

How to file a complaint:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.
   

Select Text and Voice Communications.

Select Text Message.

Select File Complaint.

How to avoid a player:

1. Press the Guide button.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab. Select the player’s gamertag.
   
3. Select Submit Player Review.
4. Select Avoid This Player
5. Select why you want to avoid the player: Communication, Game Behavior, or Player Skill.
   
6. Select the specific reason why you want to avoid the player.
   
   

How to block communications:

From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

Report, Block communication and move on, If you take care of your WLID then its just an empty threat.

If you feel that there was a possibility that your account was compromised you can try and talk to customer support about your account being compromised. and see if they can go that route for you.
