I believe if a profile deserves to get banned at least give them a notice if they do not change thier ways they will get banned. If they are banned they should just be permanently downgraded to silver membership. Not from xbox live. So that way they can
inform their friends of a profile change easier, be able to read their messages, and download their profiles to xbox one since it cant read flash drives. And if someone disagrees with the terms of use you should be able to disagree and still play xbox live

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

You do get a warning, its called the terms of use and code of conduct.

I assume with the very recent account and Gamerscore of less than 300 you are on a new account after being banned?

We are in complete disagreement. If you make a new profile then you are BAN DODGING.

You may disagree with the policies this is why you should READ BEFORE YOU AGREE to anything.

If you are permanently banned then you should be forbidden access. If you do not agree to the terms then you should be forbidden access. If you want to play with your "friends" then you should agree to and abide by the terms.
