Account banning question

Can't they somehow revoke my access to it? It was really an accident. I bought games legitly for years

Recovering an account requires the account being online (unless it's backed up on a usb or another form of memory). If the account has been banned you forfeit any of the purchases on it. Sorry.

In the ban account section which is section 9. They would be able to better serve you about your ban account.

L4c3rd4 is partially right until Q3. It does violate the terms of service to to bypass region restrictions so you are at risk for being banned. The enforcement team would be the ones to determine if it would be a permanent or temporary suspension so we can't day 100%, but I do believe it's consider marketplace theft and is usually permanent.

So based on what have been said, did my second account commit any violations when I downloaded the game from the store because old account which I purchase the game is the home account ?

Q1: No, what you could do is just put your account that has the game purchased at, as the home xbox on your console, that way, you're not going to have any problems, because you will be doing a gameshare.

Q2: Probably you will not be banned, and if you close your first account, the game (digital one) you will lose it. But if you don't care, and have the Disc, no problem.

Q3: You not get banned because of this. But the issue with buying games or contents in another region, is that you're going to have to change the region every time in order to access the contents you bought on that particular region.
