Account banned

My account was communication banned 11/13/17 twice for two different things from the same message. I contacted support in late november to find my ban lifted on january 13th. Here I am now after contacting support to find I'm banned until February 22. How
was it extended 3 weeks later if I'm already communication bannedbanned and can't say anything? Is there anyway to have this fixed so I can enjoy xbox again. This sucks.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Xbox Support has nothing to do with Bans or Suspensions. All they will be able to do is see the dates of your suspensions. If what you've done was bad enough the Xbox Enforcement Team will stack up your suspensions back to back. Or if you were reported again
for a violation of the Code of Conduct then it could be a new ban then.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.
