Account banned

Account banned until 31/12/9999. WHY??

Just got back from hospital been in there for a few weeks. Switched on my Xbox and found my account banned.

I'm 55 housebound and disabled. My Xbox was my social life now I've lost all my gamer friends,all my games and products bought and 8 and an half years of paid up gaming gone. Called Xbox support, fat load of good that did.

Why has Microsoft no contact with their own enforcement team. Makes no sense. No number or email to contact them with so how do I get this ban lifted.

The gamertag is X3RX3S62.

How can all I've legally paid for be taken away by someone you cannot contact to argue your point of dissentions with. I'm now going to contact my legal advisors because this is property theft on a grand scale. Not only will I be looking for repayment of
all monies paid during the near 9 year gaming but also compensation for duress.

Microsoft or Xbox enforcement cannot get away with robbing me of all I've legitally purchased.

I'm not alone in this. My legal advisors informed me that they would hear from any others who have been robbed in this way.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.
