    hello, my name isaiah, and just a few day ago my Account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] got console banned and befor i got banned i was playing with my friends on xbox one up to 4 am and we joke around saying stuff and after
    i woke up at 2 pm finding out my Account was banned , my heart felt rip out my chest and i cryed all day having Anxiety, could not sleep at all , im really sorry i said bad things on xbox and after getting my Account taken away i realize if i want to make
    xbox a safe place to follow the rules and i paid so much maney on that Account for 8 years and loseing it all really broke my heart , i want to have a good 2019 not start off with losing my account , i realize what i did was wrong and learn my lesson ,

    here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    Hi there,

    No one in the forums are able to assist with suspensions.

    Only an Enforcement team member can do anything and they are only contactable via the case review process at https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Not all suspension qualify.
