Account banned till the year 9999

hey there, my main account “Brainzah” has been banned till the year 9999, which I feel is unfair because how much money I’ve spent on that account and I’m pretty sure I got banned for false accusations. I got banned for harassment and threats but I only
talk to friends and never go gamechat. I tried I case review but the decision got upheld. I would love to have my main account back, I just miss all the progress in the games I played and I believe it’s generally unfair for how much I’ve spent. Please can
someone help me get my account back

My account was banned till the year 9999. I was just playing bo2 and I was signed out from a different console and banned why was I banned . Gamer tag: l looseaussie l.

You dont get banned for false reports. In fact the person filing false reports is subject to getting suspended.

All reports are thoroughly investigated by the enforcement team before any action is taken. You could have a million reports against you but unless the code of conduct was broken you wont be suspended.

The only ones who have anything to do with enforcement actions are the enforcement team. They can only be contacted via the case review process. If your case review decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

No one else on the forums or support can assist with/overide enforcement team decisions.

 

Doesn't matter whether you think it's fair or not.It's in the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when starting your account.

To add to what's been posted,permanent bans are not issued lightly & are either a result of have several enforcement actions in the past or doing something so severe a perma ban was the only option.

In either case you were not banned for "no reason".
