Account Banned / Suspended with 0 enforcements on my account, can't contact Support? Please...

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. In some cases it will take some time for the enforcement details to be added to your account, as the details are still in process. If you have just been suspended, please allow a couple business days for the enforcement history page to update.

Depends on when the ban was issued.

You say you haven't played on the account for 15 years so if the ban was issued before the enforcement site was introduced then it wont show up.Bans must be appealed within a year of being issued so if the ban was from a while ago then you can't appeal it.

The enforcement team only suspend/ban your Xbox account. They have no control over your email account. If you're having issues with your email account, you need to contact support for that.

An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support

The new terms have absolutely nothing to do with your account being suspended. If this is an account suspension please visit this page here to inquire about
why your account is suspended, please let them know what the gamertag of the account that's suspended is.
