Account Banned Permanently Over 10+ Years Ago

The enforcement team will only review bans within the first 12 months of the ban. Since it's been over 10 years ago, it's no longer possible to have them review it and there is no other way to contact them.

Nope. You would have had to contact them when the ban was first issued to see about having it unbanned.

Yeah the issue is at the times of bans like this there wasn't any way to reach out it was all at the discretions of some random users who was known to ban people for no reason at all sometimes, you couldn't appeal you couldn't contact anyone, I have an account that was falsely banned in 2016 on September 22nd and I want it back, but obviously they have no contacts via email or phone, and the only way to do so was to submit an appeal that you couldn't even type into, it would just send an automated message saying you would like them to review your case, it was automatically and instantly sent back to me telling me basically to kick rocks. If anyone knows how to get into contact with someone I could submit my appeal to personally please let me know.

If your wondering why I was banned it was for communications, which I didn't use and would use skype to talk to friends, I would not send messages or use party or game chat yet somehow I can get perm banned for abusive comms?.

Another thing to add is I spent 4 hours going back and forth with support trying to see if I could submit some type of appeal and explain my case, they said they had no history of my ban and that they would leave it for now but would put a case in for me, this guy went back and forth to his manager for an hour relaying information to me and really seemed like he wanted to help me and even chatted about some of his favorite games and stuff while we waited for his manager to look into this case, at the end of the day he couldn't do much to help me but his manager had him tell me to email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and write an appeal and make sure to give them any relevant information, of course this email doesn't exist anymore, or never did, and I wasted over an hour writing an email to them that wouldn't even send. I called back and some other guy told me that they don't have an email, and I have to submit an appeal on the website, but the issue is because the ban was 7 years ago I cannot do this and of course they have no hotline or email to help fix strange cases like mine. The reason I didn't go through all the trouble back then was because I was 15 or 16 at the time and tried all I thought I could, I got a PC and never looked back until this year, I want my account back and I know that the ban was false.

I know the CEO overhauled enforcement team last year and I want to be given a shot at, at least submitting my case even if I don't get unbanned or they think it was a rightful ban so be it, I at least want the chance I never got, to talk to someone about it.

If you are a Microsoft employee please shoot this over to someone that could help me or reply directly to this it would be appreciated beyond belief.

If the ban happened over a year ago then the permanent suspension would not be eligible for a case review.
