Account banned many years ago, cannot get it fixed

I have a hotmail account I use for everything Microsoft, including commercial IT use. My kids did something stupid many years ago on an XBox and got it banned but there is no record of why, I can't see the past suspensions or see if they can be lifted, but before I discovered this I was able to buy Flight Sim (go figure). Now can't buy any add-ons. I can't get support from Microsoft, it's very frustrating. Is there any way I can get this sorted, it's crazy I can use this account for serious IT infrastructure use in my day to day job but not for a game. I wouldn't mind if I could transfer the purchase to another account.

Any help from Microsoft or thoughts from anyone else would be helpful.

Well no as any suspension before 2016 would be on the old enforcement site

And you would've had to take up the review within the first year of the suspension

Regrettably, our Enforcement team will not be able to help you with this.

When you are given a suspension or ban, you are notified via a system message and an email is sent to the Microsoft Account in question. You have a limited time to appeal, and as this was many years ago, the decision cannot be reversed.

That didn't awnser my question only one of my accounts got perma banned 2 years ago. I'm asking that all the accounts my family makes will hat get me banned we have 4 gold accounts and I made a few silver accounts 2 years ago.

you used to be able too, but 3 years ago epic changed the system so once a Microsoft account is linked to an epic account it cannot be used with any other account, they did this to stop abuse of the system and circumventing bans.

so a while back i was dumb like a year ago and got 2 comm bans back to back. not that i’d ever repeat my mistakes but do comm bans get noted on your account forever? or do they eventually get cleared up with good behavior?for example let’s say someone
got comm banned 4 years ago and were to swear or something again 4 years later. would they automatically get account banned or would they just get a warning since their last comm ban was so long ago?
