Account banned for NOTHING AND REMOVED FROM AMBASSADOR PROGRAM! HELP!!!!

I was removed/suspended for informing a friend that an old account of mine was hacked and that he should block the account. In no way did I violate the TOS of Xbox Live. I am asking for the ban to please be erased off my record and for reinstatement to the Ambassador Program please. I do not participate in such activity that will break the TOS of Xbox, and always limit my friends list as well to respectful individuals. Please, you can even see here that I didn't do anything. I have spent over $14K on this account alone.... over 500 Movies, over 300+ games.

its a year, ive seen it, but he was banned for absolutely no reason what so ever. this is injustice happening by a bot which microsoft should stop until it works properly.

and this is why automated banning is so wrong on so many levels. nobody can say this was reviewed by a competent human as they would have immediately picked up on it being ok.

Basically what Microsoft are doing here is so dodgy this should be investigated and all the system stopped until these mistakes are sorted, but as usual Microsoft don't listen.

but you can't send a review as the ban is 24 hours only and unfortunately the system won't allow you to re-join for a year, and there is no other way to contact enforcement to appeal it.

Apparently you didn't read the ambassador faq

If you had an enforcement within a year you cant fjoin the ambassadors program till a year after

This only applies to new members not During your ambassadorship

HOWEVER when you are banned while you are an ambassador you arent EVER allowed to rejoin
