Account banned, cant access games

i have bought games on the xbox live store using my account Simply Envious and now it has been banned i cant play them as it says i dont own them as i can not log in.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Sorry to hear it. When your gamertag is banned from the service you lose access to any and all items that was associated with it. This is part of the punishment for doing something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service.

Any further information about the ban should be address in the suspensions forums.

While I agree that if you mod or cheat your account should be banned, but as for the content you already purchased you should have full access to that albeit nothing that has to do with online gaming. And this comes from Xbox's own ToU

If your account has not been banned, you are still able to recover your account on an unmodified console. This includes accessing your purchased content and your profile, with achievements, as it existed prior to the console ban.

So you should be able to use your purchased content but you cant go online with it ever again.

ya you use passwords to access your account common. Now if you cant access your account you cant access your games even if you have the disc. Honestly have you thought it through?

You need a Gold account to access online MP on LIVE, yours is silver at the moment. If its only an issue with MW2 then you would need to contact the games developers regarding a
game specific ban.

If you cant log onto LIVE at all using that account and receive the 'your account is banned form LIVE' message permanently.

Then you would need to ask about that in the
'my account was suspended forum'.

MS do not issue or have any influence on game specific bans.
