    Account ban not reflected on enforcement.Xbox.com


    My account was permanently banned (which is weird in itself because I’ve never received disciplinary action against me in the 10 years I’ve had this account, and I was reported by someone who harassed me for weeks before I even responded) but the enforcement.Xbox.com page still says I have a perfect record. Since it doesn’t reflect my account being banned, I’m unable to request a case review to try and get my account back.

    I’ve called Microsoft/Xbox more times than I can count trying to get this resolved and I get passed around from department to department and they all tell me, “go to enforcement.Xbox.com.” Then I say, “I’m there right now and it doesn’t work.” Then they repeat, “Yes go to enforcement.Xbox.com.” Eventually I’m placed on hold for an hour or two and then get disconnected. I’m not sure if they don’t understand me or just aren’t willing to help but this is the most frustrating customer service issue of my entire life.

    Finally, after getting through to a supervisor, I was told to submit this problem as an Xbox Insider. So... here it is. I’ve played Xbox for half my life and spent thousands with the company and all I’m asking is to request a case review to try and get my account back.

    suspensions can also reflect past things not necessarily what happened at the moment you got the ban. you can see if you are eligible for a case review on

    Banned for nothing

    An 24 hrs suspension is usually a warning for your online behavior so try to take this seriously and reflect on your past behavior. Read the Code of Conduct and respect it to avoid further bans. You can't file a review for 24 hrs bans.

    Hi, for info on bans or suspensions, then log in with your account on
    enforcement.xbox.com and select the ban hammer, it will then show why you have been banned and for how long.

    You can't see the reports or who reported you. Just check the reason you were suspended here: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Since your ban it's only 24 hrs I suggest you to use this time to reflect on your behaviour and read the Code of Conduct

    Enforcement Action

    You can view his ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from there. If it is a child account you must log in with the parent account to view
    the ban. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
