account ban for communication help me!!!

Please help me My control unit has been blocked as well as the account without knowing the reason for the ban Please help me How can I communicate with the enforcement team to lift the ban

They tell me to communicate with you here and after you tell me to communicate with them ? it is a joke ? no one can help me reesolve this problem, the ban is lifted. What is that ? You don't want to help ? please refer me to someone higher so we can work
seriuosly to resolve the fact that microsoft broke my account.

I did try that at first and i got a question wrong about religion and now i am unable to access it for 24 hours .And personally i think its not fair to put a question on religion .
