Account Ban but showing no enforcement history or appeal

My account was banned in 2011 and now when I sign into the enforcement history to view the suspension it's blank. According to the enforcement history, I have no active suspensions or enforcement history. Yet I'm signed into my banned account.

I've wanted to attempt to appeal it, as it's been quite a long ban now for what it was banned for.

Any help?

Once it has been longer than 12 months, you cannot submit an appeal. That and the enforcement team website didnt exist back in 2011 (thats when they used a forums page) so because of that it wont show the suspension from 2011

Ive just bought myself an xbox again and want to use my old account. After finally figuring out the account info ive been greeted with a ban on the account.
i have no enforcement history and cannot go through support because its not offered to banned accounts.

How long ago was it since you last logged into this account?

If the ban was given before the enforcement team website was created (they used to use a special forum instead of the enforcement team website) then it wouldnt show the ban on the enforcement team site. Bans that were given prior to the creation of that site wont show up.

Also bans that were given more than 12 months ago are also not eligible for an appeal.

Either of those above things can be a reason why it wont show up.

The enforcement history only shows items for the past year.

If the account was permanently banned, there is nothing that can be done. As you noted, Support cannot assist with enforcement issues. No one in the forums can assist either.

You can appeal the account ban if eligible on the enforcement site HERE

The console ban wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed or reveresed.
