Account Ban / Appeal

Hello,

I am trying to submit a ban appeal for an old Xbox account from when I was a kid. When I login to the enforcement site I am unable to see any ban history at all and all I see is “Banned User”

Is there anyone I can work with to submit an appeal for this account? For heavens sake it’s from when I was a kid and I would love to have all of my progress and be able to use the purchases I made on the account.

As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.

An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

there is really no appeal for a ban they do not do any enforcement action without 100% proof and that link above is ONLY to find out why an account is suspended/banned NOT to appeal it sorry.

Is there an email they have? This ban was from a long time ago and I was never able to submit an appeal. This is an old Xbox account.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting a case review would be the only way to contact them. If the ban was issued over 12 months ago, it is no longer eligible for a review.
