Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get your old account back if it was deleted 3 years ago.

Although, it is also impossible to create a new account under the same email. This might mean you never actually deleted the account because you were using the wrong email.

The first idea is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Hello TaxingRope5, sorry that you are having issues getting back into your account.

If you have already submitted the recovery form and it came back that if failed, I would recommend contacting xbox phone support. They might be able to get everything sent up to a specialist to have them get your account up and running again.
