Account back to square 1

As I mentionned in the "discussion" section, I logged in today to find that my progress (overall level, soldier classes, weapon tasks, etc) had been reset for no reason. I tried "closing" the game and coming back in but it never comes back to normal.

The EA support told me to bring this issue to the Xbox support as it seems there is nothing they can do about it.

Account back to square 1

Just yesterday, I was playing normally without any issue, unlocked the achievement for the supply drops victories.

Now, my account is back to level 0 and so are my soldier classes and ALL my weapon tasks.

Tried to log out/log back in to the game but nothing changed.

I'm not sure if I should uninstall and reinstall everything since I downloaded the DLCs during the "get it free days" that have already ended.

Anyone else encountered that problem ?

Suck it up and work on my guns etc again?

Halo: would you say that reaching them and talking to them resolved ur issue or are u back at square 1?

After doing that we are back to square 1 where it still says error 0x80070005 and 90%

Oh, i miss read that one. When i i try to do that, after im asked to type my password i get the same message that my account is flagged and that i need to log in to my account via a pc to fix it. So its a loop that brings me back to square 1.

I found Gears 1 tough, Gears 2 came much easier to me but now with Gears 3 I've come back to square one. -sigh-
