So i need help recovering an account.

Already tried everything offered by the ai bot support and nothing works.

Closest i got was with a phone. I got the code entered it and it said "[My number] is an existing microsoft account. Try signing in with this username" and thats all. No username mentioned nothing given to you as info you can just click Sign in. So i click it and expect it to be filled maybe or idk and nothing.

I get no support from their service team. Messages not an option, phone calls not an option, cannot find anywhere I can email. Who even does phone calls that regularly to not have emails available. Is it even free to speak over the phone or is that not only do i have trouble using something I paid for already but now I am expected to pay for international calls.

How should I proceed?

nope as it's a hard setting you must wait the 30 days

first check the security settings of the router you are using, If all is correct, turn everything off and leave for 10 seconds, Clear your cache on your xbox and re-enter your settings for your router. Also you can try a bit of fault finding yourself by
plugging in a network cable to your router, Also if you have a friend with an xbox and he has wireless, try your adaptor on his xbox to see if there is a problem with that.

If none of that works post back here and I will go through some more options with you.
