Only you are able to recover your account, no Microsoft agent or employee can do that for you.

Once an account is banned that's it. There's no going back. All DLC/gold/MS Points associated with that account are lost. It's part of the punishment for doing something against the ToU/CoC.

You can wait like everyone else trust you are not in this alone hope you get well soon just tried to contact someone but didn't get anywhere I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything

People still do that? Forget their email adresses I mean.

Its not always about forgetting a password or email. I was locked out of my account when my email was hacked. They wouldnt let me recover it because apparently i couldnt remember enough information on the questionnaire.

Calling support did nothing, as every person I talked to said they couldnt do a single thing, the only way was to go through the stupid queston page, answer enough and then get my account unlocked.

I found a ridiculously big hole in their security though.

You can get to a page that says to verify by phone. All they did was ask for my phone number So i entered my cell number in , which has never been used in relation to my account. Then i was texted a temporary password to use and boom i was in.

Anyone could have gotten my account as there was no actual verification process this way.
