    Account and new subsription problem


    tried to renew my live subscription and nothing will work tried on my xbox to buy it and could only get as far as to choose either xbox live or the game pass in the store to buy and nothing after that would load. Then tried to go oline and buy it from xbox
    website while signed in to my account could only get to where you get a code sent to email .text or phone call the call part didnt work the text message didnt work but got the code by email i entertex the code so to move on to final stage of purches pressed
    enter and nothing total freeze out i tried this 3 times and just fed up at this stage cant play any game without the xbox live part any ideas as to problem i hope its o microsofts side but all parts are showing up as working fine

    i have the same problem, i follow the contact-us link, follow the instructions. then it tell me to push the ''cancel auto-renewal subsription''. problem is, ITS NOT ON MY SCREEN !! ?

    NO Youtube Subscription

    I think it was the last update i have the same problem, when i sign in it shows everything but my subsriptions. Hope they fix this issue soon.

    How to change gamepass

    I do not think you can move an xbox subsription from one account to another. You will need to loginto www.xbox.com and turn off auto renew and choose cancel subsription. The subsription will stay on your account untill the experation date. The Simple method is to go to the gamestop store and ask to buy a code for xbox "Game Pass Ultimate". Microsoft stopped making the physical cards and gamestop has a partnership with Microsoft to beable to legaly print a code on to a recipt. The bad news is now you can loginto ww.xbox.xom with your microsoft E-mail address and play games. There is a phone number on the xbox card that you can call but i will let you know now it would be most likely 1/2 hour wait time because it is the Holliday time.

    Make sure that your account has the subscription before attempting to get the game, and also see if it shows up in your subsriptions.
