    I was looking at my account in the devices section. It tells me that my account is registered on three devices when I know it is registered on four. Does anyone know why an Xbox 360 does not register, or how to fix it so it does?

    You can't remotely delete an account off of a console. It doesn't do anything unless they have your login credentials.

    I have seen that my account is linked to a number of other devices. It is assumed that these are legacy from when I go to someone else's home and log in there.

    Q? If I go in o Account/Devices selet a Device and then click more action I can see 'Remove Xbox'. If I remove the device does this delete my account on that device at my friend home?

    Q? If not is there a way to remotely delete my account for other peoples xbox?

    Q? What are the affects o click 'This is not my Home Console'?

    I am using Google chrome on mobile. Android 7.1.1

    If my console that im trying to remove is in repair status.

    Could that effect the removal process?

    Hi there,

    You should be able to remove devices from https://account.microsoft.com/devices/. If you are experiencing problems with that I would suggest trying a different web browser or another device.

    Thank you for responding. To answer your question, yes. You will need to cancel the service order on your console in order to remove it from your account. You should be able to cancel it by accessing the

    Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    First try using a different browser to when accessing the webpage to remove your account form a device.

    I am unsure which device you are trying to remove your account from so I have linked Remove account from Xbox One,
    and Remove account from Xbox 360.
