Account and console suspension

Hello, Im just going to apologize in advance for this long post... Abouta week ago i was having a bit of a laugh with my mates and i changed my gamerpic to an innapropriate picture. The next day my account was perminently suspended from signing in on any
device and console (which means i lost all progress and purchases). I was a pretty dissapointed so i made a new account so i could still talk to my mates. There were no commication issues at the time for the new account.

About two days later I sign in to my new account on the same xbox and immidiately it comes up with a page saying my console is suspended from online multiplayer, voice communication and basically everything else for two months.

I have already been to the enforcement team for the perminant suspension and they said it was “warrented”, then cut me off. I feel this was pretty unfair as i only got 100 letters to explain. Also, i cant find the console ban on any of my accounts, therefore
I cant contact them. There was no reasoning given to me for this suspension.

If you have read this far I thank you for hearing me out. My question is could my perminant suspension be downgraded to something more reasonable/suitable such as a perminant ban from changing my gamerpic? Also an explination for why i have a two month console
ban.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

I had to call support twice as there is no way to contact them. They finally told me to go to the forums and here i am, in the forums, being told to not.

Well unfortunately im not a gamer like you because I dont have an account or xbox to play on.

What do you mean “some people think they’re smart”. What did they expect me to do when they perma banned me... stare at the screen and flail around.

Also, since you’re an ambassador of xbox can you answer me why the enforcement team say they’re transparent when i have seen nothing of the like.

Im sorry, but its not as simple as losing car keys. Its losing Five+ years of games and money on the account. Its five+ years of progress and achievments. Im pretty sure i learned my lesson.

But dont you think if someone like me cant apropriately use the gamerpic feature, they should take that, and only that away from me.
