Account Amazon Prime Student su XBOX ONE

Buonasera,

Ho installato Prime Video su XBOX ONE poichè sono iscritto a Prime student ma non mi fa accedere all'app con quell'account perchè si connette automaticamente all'account XBOX e non mi fa creare un profilo nuovo perchè l'indirizzo di Prime è istituzionale
quindi non compatibile con XBOX.

C'è una soluzione?

That is an odd issue. I've had no problems signing other accounts into Prime. You may have to remove the profile and add it back or sign out the account in the app settings. Otherwise you're gonna have to reach out to Amazon and see what they suggest.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

All you need to do is open the Microsoft Store app on your Xbox One and search for "Amazon Prime Video" to pull up the
app developed for the Xbox One console so that you can log into to your Amazon Prime account and link your Amazon account with your Microsoft account. Once signed in, you should be able to use the app to stream videos available through your Amazon Prime account.

I checked the list and have done all they have listed. I have reset the router, factory reset the box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Prime video.

I have spent 5 hours with amazon support and 2 hours with Xbox support. I have an Xbox One and Xbox One X that have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video.

I can go into Prime Video, select a video, the video will play, I hear the audio but have a black screen.

I have tried the Xbox on two T.V.s. I tried the Amazon Prime Video on the Xbox 360 and it works.

Amazon Prime Video is worked up until 10 days ago. And is the only video app not working correctly.
