Account allready on xbox?

So the day before i was having trouble signing in with the error code 0x80a4001a. So i looked it up and the only solution i found was to remove your account then add it back, so thinking it was that simple i did it removed my account, then this problem
arose. Every time i try to sign back in i keep getting the message “another user on this device uses this microsoft account” but its not there. Is there any way to fix this without doing a factory reset?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I tryed this and 15 minutes of startup later nothing changed

Try clearing the MAC address as well. That may help refresh things. Did you remove the account just by signing out and back in or did you actually remove the Xbox from being your home Xbox?

you should try to reset your console, push the start button and hold it for about 10 seconds, then release it and tur it on again
