    So my microsoft account age is incorrect it thinks im 7 when im 18 so im trying to join a family group so i can change it but when i try to accept it it says im already in one when i dont remember joining one so i go to leave said group but there is no option to leave so now my account is pretty much locked i cant leave a group to change my age please someone help.

    Kindly ask your family members or your parents if they can check their family group to validate if your account is added from there.

    unfortunately the same problem occurs saying im already in a group but with no option to leave said group

    i dont even remember joining one so i have 0 access to the account that could be the manager of the group
