Account access denied

Hey there! Apologies, but if Microsoft denied you access to the account, then that means you didn't verify the account in question. You might think that, but if you can't verify the account, then you can't get access to the account, sorry.

I get access denied to any xbox app. I too have the latest insider preview build. If I chose sign in with a different account, and enter the same account information, it says i need to use windows hello or enter a pin to continue. If I click ok, it just
goes back to the access denied error.

Hello. Me and my partner have the same issue. I cannot delete NGC folder as well on both devices. On one device I cannot give access to the folder. It says access denied. On the second one I get message access denied even if I have access with my account. Is there any other option to solve this login problem?

This sort of problem usually means that you have some sort of a billing issue with your account. This type of problem usually presents itself when you have an invalid/expired card on file in conjunction with automatic renewal. It would seem that Microsoft tries
to charge that card and can't so they will send you some notice of this (multiple times before it's going to occur, and after it occurs).

You'll want to visit the Microsoft Commerce & Billing site here and take a look at your card information. If you have something that's expired/invalid listed there and you don't wish
to replace it with another payment method, then you'd need to contact phone support directly to have them remove the invalid/expired card as you would not be able to do this yourself on the site without adding another in its place.
