Hi, by accident I removed my sons fortnite account Gamer tag - eg; Jack123 on xbox which is under email eg; *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** . I felt bad and opened another account eg; - Jill123 under the same email eg; *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but now he is able to play fortnite but he
has lost all his 2 years of playing fortnite and has to play like a new person. if some one could please help me get back his first account eg; Jack123 which is under the same email id eg; *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** ill be really grateful. also please note that the Password
for the first account eg; Jack123 is different from the second account eg; - Jill123 so how do I go about that . long story short . I want to get back Gamer tag - eg; Jack123 on xbox which is under email eg; *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and the old password.

if you have a record, you shouldn't lose the account unless you deleted it from the epic account or the xbox profile, if you just deleted the xbox profile just reinstall it and already

The gamertag should still be a part of the original account. You can't move an Xbox account to another account. It will always be a part of the Microsoft account that created it. It would be like trying to move your Skype account to a different account
or your Hotmail. They are just another part of the Microsoft account (or umbrella if you will).

Thank you Ricardo, I talked to some one from fortnite a week ago but he claims that this is a xbox issue. So you are saying open a ticket looking for support of Epic, where do i open a ticket ?
