    So I was trying to download the game phogs as my friend wanted me to downloaded it as a little funny game to play but once i opened it i accidently said no to to allowing it to make changed or something to my device and now i can only download certain games like sea of theives but every other game just has an error for install and the error code is 0x00000001

    They go by when you sent the request it. So as long as you sent it in before the 14 days, you don't have to worry about that. Any update they have will be emailed to you. There is no way to speed up the process, especially right now as anything support
    related may take longer than usual.
