    Accidently paid for 2 xbox live 3 month membership.


    I would like to refund a payment which went through twice. There was no conformation until 5 minutes after I received 2 messages stating I was billed twice to my paypal. What can be done. Thankyou.

    No I kind of agree. I paid $24.99 for a 3 month xbox live gold membership, I played it for a month and a half, and didn't play for a while after that. 2 or 3 months later when I go to play online, its says my gold membership ran out. Its *** up that they
    charge you when you're not even using your xbox. I payed for 3 months of gold, only used 1 and a half, and even when I wasn't playing they were taking time off my membership. They should only charge and deduct your membership when you are playing. I bought
    3 months of gold membership, I deserve 3 months of gold membership. So time of the xbox gold membership should only be taken off when you're logged in.

    Important question about xbox live memberships

    You can use a pre paid card no problem.You can stack up to 36 months of xbox live gold membership so you wont lose your 3 months if you add another 12 months membership.

    Just to clarify, did you purchase a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership through the dashboard offer on your console? Or did you redeem a pre-paid code? In order for you to qualify for this offer you would have needed to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership
    through the promotion on your console. Redeeming a pre-paid code will not qualify for this promotion.
