    Accidently blocked communication


    Hi, I was trying to accept a game invite but my controller sticks and I accidentally blocked communication to my boyfriend..

    I followed the steps to unblock but we can't friend each other it doesn't give a error message just says it can't do it yet on my app it says we are still friends but not on my console what should I do.

    Can anyone help?

    I accidently clicked, "Block communications" with someone on my friends list, and it deleted them permanently, and prevented them from re-sending requests to me. I don't fully know their gamertag because of the case and numbers ect... but they are no longer
    in recent players. I only clicked on "Block communications" because my controller is broken and randomly scrolls in random directions even when I don't move the stick, I pressed "A" to close out of a message from him and it blocked the communications, anyone
    know how to fix this?

    Just send the friend a message or invite of some sort and it will unblock Him/Her.

    There are three major blocks of MAC addresses for Xboxen; perhaps yours in in a newer block they omitted by accident.
