Accidentaly redeemed a game

Hi,

I accidentally redeemed a code to early, didn't install it, only redeemed it when i bought a XBox with free gamecode.

But i want to send the XBox back, cause i don't want it, it's just not my thing.

But to be able to give it back the way i got it to the store, i need this code removed from my XBox account.

I don't think the store would actually mind if i already used the code, it's just that i don't want that.

I want to return it the way i got it rather then without the game, cause i won't be playing it anyway since i don't want a XBox at all.

Can this code be un-redeemed for me ?

I never installed it, people from Microsoft should be able to see that what i say is true.

So i was hoping they could remove it from my xbox account.

I already send the XBox back to the store, and i will never ever use my XBox account again, i also didn't install the game, i accidentaly redeemed it too soon, cause i expected the XBox experience to be good, but it was a enormous let down for me as a
PC gamer.

So if that code is going to be unused forever, that would be a shame wouldn't it ?

And it also possibly forfid my guarantee with the shop i returned it to, i don't think that's a very nice thing.

If this can't be undone, i'll probably never buy anything Microsoft ever again, cause it would cost me half my months allowance.

I'm not a very rich person, the voucher is also back in the package i sent back to the retailer, but if they check it and see that it is redeemed, then i might lose all my money atleast a big portion of it cause i'd have to sell it on ebay or another second
hand site, and Microsoft can easily undo this if they want, since it's never downloaded, not a single byte of it, they can easily remove it from my XBox account and release it again so the retailer can resell the unit as a new unit, cause it's brand new.

Once you redeem a code its linked to your account so there wouldn't be a way to un redeem it.
