    I accidentally bought the game 'Saints Row Gat out of Hell' on the Xbox 360, but I wanted to buy it for the Xbox One. Please make a cancellation of transaction , I will buy it on the Xbox One!

    Purchasing the same game online (accidentally)

    ok so i woke up this morning to find a email that i have purchased lego marvel ($100) as of 2110hrs(EST) yesterday. somehow my little brother purchased it without my key code (note my brother is 6 and autistic so he doesnt know what he is doing),
    no one in the family knows my key code i put on the console but i. i would totally want a refund but i know i cant (totally BS) but thing is last year 2 March 2015 i bought the exact game for $90 for my lil bro. i have the record of buying the game last year
    but i cant seem to post the pictures of both purchases (last night and last year)

    how the heck did a kid purchase the same game??? i went to see if i could purchase the lego marvel again but it takes me to the screen that says download again. so i am totally flipping confused. but is there really no way to get a refund at all in these circumstances???

    iv got my console locked tight that it needs my key code to do anything.

    Well, technically speaking. Its very impossible to purchase something by accident. There are numerous confirmation buttons before a purchase can be completed. Also, the prompt showing that all purchases are final and non-refundable is also there. So once
    its confirmed, you agreed to that terms.

    Though you could try contacting phone support and see if they could provide an exception. But I can't guarantee if there will be any difference since both chat and phone support have the same xbox policy.
