Accidentally paid for the preview game Ark twice

Hi, I have accidentally paid £27.99 for the preview game "Ark" digitally on the 16/12/15 and I need to get one of those payments refunded. How do I go about getting a refund?

Game connectivity

I've been having issues with connecting to game sessions in Smite (which may be game servers at hi rez) and cannot access the game preview game, Ark, which I paid for. I would greatly appreciate assistance.

Game store, game previews, select Ark and then it's there.

Sorry to hear it. You should give phone support a call and explain the issue to them. They should be able to get you a refund for the extra payment.

Currently, Ark: Survival Evolved is part of Xbox Games Preview, which means that the game can only be downloaded in regions in which the Games Preview programme is available. Unfortunately, Games Preview is currently unavailable in the Netherlands, so you
will be unable to download Ark until either Games Preview comes to NL or Ark is released as a full game.

Games on the game preview program are currently unfinished and still in development which you can purchase and play early, these games are updated regularly with new content for free as the developer produces and adds it to the game as they work towards
the final product.

So yes, with Ark: Survival Evolved you have purchased the game ready for the full release and it does get updated regularly with free content. Ark also has an additional paid expansion named Scorched Earth.

The Game Preview program is unrelated to the Dashboard Preview program. You need not be a member of the Dashboard preview group in order to take advantage of the Ark early access.

There is lots of confusion due to various information floating around the internet.

ARK: Survival Evolved launches today (12/16/2015) as part of the Game Preview program. It will be available for $34.99 in the Game Preview section of the marketplace. (for all users)
