Please keep in mind if he upgeaded it wouldve only have been 1 dollar upgrade for a month if upgraded tp ultimate gamepass

If he did so I wouldnt as its only 1 dollar and he would lose thw previous subscription he had so if he had a year then you forfeit that year and you would only get the 1 dollar back

they don't allow removal due to people accidentally removing something they either want or paid for, there has to be some record of the transaction free or paid too.
